1. TARIFFS.
Passenger and vehicle tariffs are always expressed in Euro and
tickets are issued according to the tariffs and conditions
applying in the country where the ticket is bought. All tariffs
are subject to change without notice. In the event of an increase
in the price of fuel, the Company reserves the right to collect
a surcharge.
2. CHILDREN'S FARES.
- One child under 4 years old: free
- Additional children under 4 years old in the same family:
50% of relevant fare each (excluding LS2)
- over 4 years and under 12 years old: 50% of relevant fare
each (excluding LS2)
- 12 years old and over: full fare. Children occupying a seat
on the Patras-Piraeus coach service pay full fare.
3. REDUCTIONS
- A discount is offered on bargain departures in Low and High
Season.
- 20% reduction is granted on the return portion of round
trip passenger tickets except the category LS2 and supplements
for Zante and Paxi. The resulting discounted tariffs are shown
in the relevant tariff columns. The round trip discount applies
provided that both the outward and return tickets are purchased
at the same time.
- A 10% reduction for Automobile Club members and their relatives
is allowed on cabin accommodation and accompanied vehicle fares.
This discount is not applicable to the return fare of round
trip tickets or on bargain departures.
HML SAVER is a special price for early bookings. These
prices are listed in the tariff timetables and apply under the
following supplementary conditions:
- Tickets must be issued 45 days before first departure.
- Dates of travel can only be altered once.
- 25% discount for children between 12 and 18 years old (excluding
LS2).
- No refund if cancellation is within 6 days of first departure.
- High season departures excluded.
- Limited number of cabins available.
HML FAMILY is a special price for families travelling
together in the same cabin. The following supplementary conditions
apply:
- Tariffs indicated are per cabin, one way.
- For round trip bookings, please add the relevant tariffs.
- Available up to the date of departure.
- Limited number of cabins available.
REDUCTIONS ARE NOT CUMULATIVE AND CANNOT BE APPLIED RETROACTIVELY.

4. BAGGAGE. Free transportation without limit. Baggage
may be left in the car. All baggage is transported at owners
risk.
5. DOGS AND CATS. Transportation free of charge.
6. OPEN DATE TICKETS. Open date tickets are valid for one
year from the date of issue. There is no guarantee that space will
be provided to passengers or vehicles with open date tickets in
July, August or September, as the ships are filled to capacity
during this period.
7. TICKETS GONE ASTRAY. If a passenger loses a ticket (through
theft or mere loss) immediate advice must be given to the Head
Office of the Company with details of the ticket in question, or
at least the name and address of the issuing office, the names
of the passengers recorded on the ticket, and the date of purchase.
A refund will be made only if the ticket is found not to have been
used at years end checking, and provided a duplicate ticket
was issued. Duplicate tickets will not be issued without payment.
8. CANCELLATION FEES AND REFUNDS. Passengers holding tickets
with a fixed date of departure and wishing to cancel them are liable
to the following cancellation fees unless the cancellation is due
to force majeure.
Cancellations:
- Up to 30 days prior to departure: 20% of the fare.
- From 30 to 7 days prior to departure: 40% of the fare.
- From 7 days up to 24 hours before departure: 75% of the fare.
On the day of departure or failure to travel (no show): 100%
of the fare. Changes in Reservations between the 30th and 7th day
before departure are subject to a charge of 20% of the fare, otherwise
the cancellation fees apply as above.
Refunds: Are made only in the country of the issuing office
on condition that the date of cancellation is confirmed on the
ticket with the stamp and signature of a responsible office (travel
agency or port office).
9. SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Special conditions are available
for groups, trucks, trailers and unaccompanied vehicles. For details
apply to the Companys Head Office or agents.
10. ITINERARY. Departures and arrivals are shown in local
time and are subject to alteration or cancellation without notice.
Passengers holding tickets with confirmed reservations for departures
which have been cancelled will be transferred to vessels of other
companies as and when available.
